The Fox Cities Workforce Development Center is the Fox Valley's one-stop employment resource for providing service and assistance in connecting employers and job seekers through training, education and employment. The vision of the Fox Cities Workforce Development Center is to assure our community has a quality workforce to meet the changing needs of the labor market.

The center is conveniently located on the Goodwill Community Campus, and provides a comprehensive array of integrated, easily accessible employment and training services.  Several state employment service agencies are part of the cadre of organizations that are located here.

Job seekers may research careers and employment opportunities, create their resumes and check online job listing services while at the center. Both employers and job seekers are encouraged to participant in frequent job fairs hosted by the center.
